First of all: Gabriele is a very friendly, welcoming, humorous and communicative host and, always reachable! Apartment: fully equipped with everything you can imagine and need, with comfortable bedrooms (we used the rear bedroom), with powerful A/C. Apartment is divided in two parts, suitable for up to two couples or a small family and are connected by a small balcony with lots of plants. In the evening one can smell the restaurant kitchen which is located in the ground floor, but this is neglectable. In the mornings we used to sit there, having the first coffee of the day - very nice :-) Parking: perfect! Location: it could not be more central, a stone's throw away from all amenities you need for your stay in Nettuno: supermarket, bars, cafes, restaurants... Train station is two blocks away with good connections to Rome. Just for the case you want to leave this a very relaxed place, because you long for crowds of tourists and want to be driven through the main attractions like in a herd of cattle. Even if it is Italy and the driving style of the Italians gives a different impression: they will stop for you at the pedestrian crossing (you definitely shouldn't try this in Rome!) :-). Beach: to the left and right of the marina there are privately operated beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas that have to be paid for, as well as kiosks and toilets. We didn't use these as we arrived by car and we brought our own beach equipment. We used the free public beach at the church for a couple of times, some seven hundred meters on the left when leaving the house. One disadvantage: while the privately operated beaches are cleaned, this one is littered (the City of Nettuno should maintain the beach at least once or twice a week with the same intensity as they do the roads and garbage collection every day.) Tipp for all car drivers: some twenty kms from Nettuno there's a wonderful clean and public beach, which stretches for twentyfive (!) kms between Prato di Coppola and Lungomare di Sabaudia. The roadside is the parking zone with parking ticket machines every few hundred meters. Caution: coins accepted only, no frills like payment by card, app etc., price depends on the day (weekends are more expensive), low price, half/whole day possible, keep enough coins ready before going there. The beach is just behind the dunes and accessible via short wooden stairs close to the parking ticket machines. In all: we had a very relaxing vacation! Grazie mille, Gabriele!

I stayed in this apartment with three friends, and we had a very nice trip to Nettuno. The apartment is close to everything. Restaurants, the beach and the train station are only a few minutes walk away. Our host Gabriele was very welcoming and flexible, and gave us good recommendations of restaurants and beaches and fun things to do in the area.

This is a great apartment in a perfect location. It has a nice view of the marina and several places for food and drinks right downstairs. The provided parking space allowed us to explore the surrounding area. Gabriele was a very helpful and responsive host.

Gabriele came to us to pick us with his tiny car directly at the station, the apartment was very clean and functional, and the air conditioning so fresh while the weather was soooo hot outside... Pleasant ! There were fresh fruits and beach towels waiting for us. The beaches are very close, the gelateria in front of the apartment makes delicious and cheap ice creams, and you've got plenty of original and yummy restaurants and cool bars 5 minutes walking from the place. We'll come back for sure for the gastronomy, the kindness of Italian people and the water at 26°C !

We were staying in this nicely furnished flat for 5 nights in mid April. The flat has heating as well as air conditioning, and besides that everything you could need in a holiday apartment (lot of towels and kitchen equipment, ironing board, …). The two units with separated bedrooms/baths, connected via a cosy green balcony, make this flat also very suitable for a family or two couples. The location has a fantastic view and everything important is nearby like the beach /harbour, supermarket, restaurants (old town pizzerias ♡ ) and the train station. For small money you can go to Rome Central Station in about 1h 10 min, trains depart hourly. The host Gabriele is a very kind and helpful young guy! If we had any questions we could contact him via whatsapp. Parking was also no problem, he gave us a private parking space at the harbor across the street. One thing which could have worked better was the wifi. But we definitely recommend this apartment if you want to have relaxing seaside days and exploring Rome in one vacation!

Nettuno is a busy bustling seaside working town. It is a great place to stay interesting and fun, good restaurants and the night life seems to cater for all age groups. The beach is well maintained and seems to be groomed each night. The town is mainly modern but but relaxed and very friendly- the old quarter where most people seem to spend their evenings. Good rail links to Rome Termini make the place easily accessible. It would be worth considering staying in Nettuno and travelling to Rome to see the sights rather than vice versa. The apartment was wonderful ,in and old building very traditional from the outside but renovated tastefully with a quirky sense of humour. it is across the road from the old quarter and a 5 minute walk to the railway station. It is comfortable and well equipped.The beds are comfortable and there are as many towels etc as you could possibly need. It would be hard to fault the accommodation and Gabriele, the owner, is friendly and very helpful. He is obviously very proud of apartment and it really is a credit to him. I am not sure there is any reason not to visit Nettuno or use this accommodation

I’m not sure how to say enough nice things about our visit to Nettuno and our stay in Gabriele’s apartment. First, he was the perfect host- kind, welcoming, helpful, accommodating, and he speaks English! His apartment is lovely, modern, colorful, clean, and ideally located in the heart of Nettuno with views of the borgo, the marina and the sea. Really, stay at this home and you’re sure to enjoy your visit!

We were looking for an easy long beach weekend from Rome and this apartment and town were perfect. This apartment has all the amenities we were looking for, was very comfortable and in a great location. It's in-town, across from the old city and 5 minutes walk to the beach that even our 3-year old could make without complaining. There was even free parking in the harbor across the street. Gabriele was a great host and very responsive to all our questions. Being in the city centre, you get some noise in the front room, but the back bedroom is cool and quiet.

What a wonderful Holiday, and beautiful Apartment, exactly as stated on website, light and airy,modern meets old,there was not one thing that we needed.Gabrielle the owner was absolutely charming, nothing was to much trouble for him. Nettuno is such a lovely place, with beautiful beaches restaurants, and shops all close by.Rome is just 1 hour away,the train station is a short stroll from apartment. Overall I cannot think of a more beautiful Apartment in which to spend a holiday,a charming host, and very friendly Italian hospitality. I will return.Thankyou so much Gabrielle.
