La vista y la anfitriona.

No pudimos usar la piscina estaba vacía. Hubo lluvia los dos dias anteriores. Dijeron que estaría lista al menos un día y no fue así. Un poco empolvado el dormitorio. La casa es antigua si les gusta así.

Exceptional

You will never regret if you stay in this place. It has everything: a great location in a quiet area, authentic Italian atmosphere, wonderful people, and delicious food. My wife and I stayed here for a week. We were looking for a charming place, so we didn't consider hotels. This option turned out to be the best in Anzio. We chose a room with a balcony and a sea view, and we didn't regret it. Almost every evening, we sat on the balcony, had drinks, and enjoyed beautiful views, not only of the sea but also of the city. The house is filled with many wonderful things that create a unique coziness, making you feel like you're not on vacation, but visiting a close friend. The hostess who created this cozy environment is a very kind and interesting woman. She helped with everything, from providing extra pillows for my pregnant wife to assisting with plumbing issues when we had no hot water. Despite having an assistant, she sometimes cooked breakfast for us, which, by the way, was also very good. The beach was about a 15-minute walk away. Beach loungers were available for a fee, which was relatively high compared to places like Greece or Turkey, but we received additional discounts as guests of BUBA BnB. There are many excellent restaurants and cafes near the beach. The beaches were delightful as well. It's clean and lively here, as many people rent spots for the entire season and come with their families. This creates a great atmosphere where everyone knows each other and constantly interacts. There were very few tourists. Because Anzio is small and not very touristy, it was sometimes challenging to find English speakers even in restaurants and stores. Menus were often only in Italian as well. But in general, the people are very friendly. Leaving this place, we were certain that we would come back here because the comfort and atmosphere that Cornelia creates here surpass any expensive hotels. There's life and energy in this place. Beautifil & relaxing stay in Anzio!

I loved everything about the guesthouse! The whole property is gorgeous. The room was clean and spacious and the terrace outside is lovely. Connie was a very welcoming host and I enjoyed our conversations a lot. The pool was a highlight and very welcome in the July heat. It is a short walk from the station and to the main town and you dont need a car to get around. Great value for money&would recommend staying here when visiting Anzio :-)

Magic!

Absolutely perfect place in all aspects. It’s a quite and beautiful paradise. Amazing host Cornelia creates magic in any corner of the house.

The only one thing I really don’t like - vacation was too short.

The property was very relaxed. It was as if it was your own home . Lovely pool area after a full day’s sightseeing. Good Host. Nice breakfast outside in the Mornings. Perfect place to stay an hour away from Rome and ferry port to Ponza.

Our stay was like a refreshing dream.

A very elegantly furnished house with a beautiful, shady garden that enjoys lovely cross-breezes. There was a nice yoga session on Thursday morning. Breakfast is good too! I forgot a couple of things and the hosts were really helpful about coordinating with me so I could return to pick them up. There is a lot of respect for the environment. I would definitely come back here again.

Relaxing and tranquil stay

A Beautiful BbB, set in tranquil and relaxing grounds, we really loved the swimming pool especially after a hot day out exploring. Cornelia was especially amazing and really looked after us, I had a complimentary yoga class and Cornelia was happy to help wherever she could. The breakfasts where excellent and Cornelia also provided a gluten free option which was appreciated.

Nothing to dislike, though note, location is about ten min walk away from the main town and up/down a hill). However the train station is close, and there is a lovely restaurant 5 mins away which we really enjoyed.

Special B&B

A beautiful old bespoke B&B set in a glorious garden. Connie and her team were so welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. My daughter is a coeliac so Connie made sure there was gluten free option for her.

The only downside was that the pool was not open and this was something on my wish list. I understand why and it is not Buba's fault but it was a shame and we were disappointed. However it wasn't too far to walk to the beach.

A quiet family weekend by the sea

An all around delightful, wonderful, peaceful place to stay - filled with light and books and character. We really enjoyed the bedrooms, the shared spaces, the property and grounds, as well as the local restaurants. Conveniently located near the train and the ocean.

We had such bad weather - cold and rainy. Fortunately, the property allowed us to spread out, rest, and relax even if we could not enjoy the beach or the pool.

Absolutely incredible location (1hr on a comfortable train to Rome), building, room, facilities, breakfast and above all

Everything was incredible! Jovel was hosting us and really made sure our stay was memorable. After a month travelling around the Adriatic this was the standout stay of the entire trip.

Felt at home in this lovely B&B with exceptional service and cordial hospitality!

Great location in besutiful Tuscan villa with sea view and nice, quiet green garden and nice pool area under pine trees. Walking distance from train station and the picturesque cities Anzio and Nettuno and the beaches. Our host Cornelia picked us up from the station and gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home during our whole stay. Very attentive and nice service staff serving breakfast on sun terrace or in the cosy living room. Clean and lovely decorated rooms, comfortable beds. All in all a very good experience
