Excellent location, had everything we needed (except linen) and very spacious.
Would be great if linen was included instead of having to go through a separate business to hire.

Location: Excellent. A short walk downhill to the beach and 'bowlo', and a similar walk uphill to all the shops, cafes and supermarket. Perfectly located
House: though there have been some 'so-so' reviews in the past, we thought the house was very good indeed. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, great bedrooms upstairs and downstairs (with ensuite), fantastic views from the open plan lounge/ kitchen / diner, even if the weather did not act like a normal summer weekend. Great back patio and garden. Staff in the office in Gerringong were very friendly and helpful
Given the amount of rain, the front garden around the steps was a little overgrown, so a small amount of cutting back and weeding would give a top rate first impression

great location
property was not as clean as it should have been. The floor was covered in crumbs , dust, pet hair and dead bugs.
supposed to be a house for 8 but only 6 chairs at the dining table.
cutlery and plates were filthy.
