We liked the apartment location, the cleanliness, and the size of the rooms. The manager was onsite working in a shop next door. He checked in with us several times making sure everything was okay.

It is perfect location, on the Main Street of shops. Next to an ice cream shop!
It does have a lot of stairs to this apartment but I knew that ahead of time and it was fine! There are guys helping bring all your bags up as well, so nice!

Really lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. We are a family of three, so the sofa had been made up into a bed for our teenager, which was nearly just as comfy as the beds. Much more spacious that what I had expected, and immaculately clean and modern. The host, himself, was very friendly and attentive.
The building itself is absolutely beautiful, and with so much history. I thought that the welcome folder was a great add to the apartment, and loved how it gave some history on how the building had evolved over the centuries. In addition, the local information for amenities and attractions was a bonus to have in the room, giving you the chance to plan and find your bearings from the off.
It's not a negative, but the only thing I would say is not to mistake this for a kitchen equipped apartment. There is a fridge, kettle and microwave, which was fine for what we wanted.
