Loistava!

Loistava sijainti. Siisti ja tilava hotelli. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Henkilökunta todella mukavaa. Hotellihuone tilava ja viihtyisä. Tulen tänne kyllä uudestaankin.

Einfaches aber nettes Hotel mit einer tollen Lage

Ein eher einfaches Hotel aber mit einer sehr schönen Lage. Tipp: unbedingt Zimmer Richtung Meer nehmen /nicht Richtung Hafen/. Da hat man dann den sensationellen Sonnenuntergang direkt vor sich. Frühstück war fein. Direkt in der nähe gibt es auch ein paar nette Lokale zum Abendessen.

Das Bad war sehr klein, eher schon alt und mit wenig bzw. kaum Möglichkeit etwas abzulegen. Aber ok, für eine Nacht ist es kein Problem.

Wahnsinns Aussicht und tolle Nordlichter. Zentral gelegen und mehrere Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Great play to stay at the heart of Hofn

Great position right on the lake and right in the centre, next to the harbour and several restaurants. (The Pakkhuis just by it is great.) Very nice reception, comfortable rooms, nice toiletries, good breakfast and friendly staff.

The corridor to the rooms is quite scruffy and could do with a bit of redecoration. It doesn't match the smartness of the reception.

No TV. Convenient location for our travel plans.

Good stopping place to spend a night while driving the "ring road".

Nice modern style hotel. The room and overall hotel were clean and updated.

Parking was a little unkempt. Area around the hotel was old but that is not the hotels fault.

Solid choice for staying in Hofn

Clean, modern, nice rooms, easy and quick access to restaurants.

Surprisingly, could hear neighbors talking and upstairs noise. Did not have dairy alternatives, like oat milk, for breakfast for my wife who is dairy allergic

Good location for one night stay

Good location for a one night stay in Hofn

The carpets in the hallway leading to all the rooms are old and tattered- which gives the hotel hallways a dorm room feeling, also makes it look old and dated. The staff at breakfast wearing black jean shorts looks unprofessional compared to the Myvatn hotel where they dress more formally

This hotel met our needs. Near restaurants and has a beautiful walking path along the ocean.

Location was incredible. Front desk very helpful.

Excellent clean comfortable great overnight for our ring road drive and visit to the glaciers

There are two famous restaurants near the hotel . And it used card key not the original key that’s easy for me to enter the room. In the morning, I can see the sea view which is very cool

The hotel location in central Hofn is good and within walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Check in was straightforward and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a continental buffet with a good choice.

Despite a good choice of food at breakfast some of the hot food was lukewarm.

Our favorite hotel on a trip around Iceland. The best breakfast that we had in Iceland. Beautiful views around the hotel. Nice looking room.

The rooms are a bit tight, but they are very comfortable so whilst we wish they were a bit bigger we managed very well

Excellent location for southeast side

Fabulous views over water n mountains. Comfortable beds. Room was clean n breakfast was good. Hallway carpet needed cleaning, but room was immaculate. Staff super friendly!

Great location with great view from our room.

Beautiful wall to wall view of bay and natural setting. Nice bedding, shower and bath amenities. Plenty of room to lay out our stuff. Great location....3 restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Harbor and park all within walking distance, too.

Hotel is showing some wear. No TV...it had been removed. Jacks and plugs for it above the desk. But no big deal since we wouldn't have watched it anyway.

A brilliant place to bird and rest.

We were pleased to have a sea-facing room in a quiet spot where we could maximise rest for our overnight stop. Absolutely loved the view from our room and had our binoculars out. Delighted with our first sighting of a Great Skua hunting over the mudflats.
