Very clean, comfortable and very well managed. Great food at breakfast and in the restaurant. Wonderful place for families with small kids. The swimming pool was clean and very well maintained with an area for small children. The staff was friendly and helpful and considerate. We had a wonderful stay and will come back next year. The whole place was calm and quiet.
We had some issue with the AC in the room, but nothing serious.

Excellent location within a short walking distance to the beach. The hotel grounds feature a beautiful, refreshing garden and an on-site restaurant offering both à la carte dining and a varied open buffet. We particularly enjoyed the Greek night entertainment during our stay! The rooms were kept very clean, and breakfast was fine overall. It’s a very family-friendly hotel with plenty of children around—which was fine for us, though solo travelers or couples seeking a quiet getaway might want to keep that in mind.
The in-room safe was out of order and not anchored to the wall. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable (the sofa was actually more comfortable than the bed). Additionally, for a 4-star hotel, the breakfast beverages fell short: although there was a coffee machine, it only dispensed basic instant Nescafe rather than proper filter or freshly brewed coffee, and the juice machine was not tasty. These areas definitely have room for improvement.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the beach. We stayed here 4 years ago and it was nice to see how much the property has improved since then. They added evening events with live music, a bar area, and dinners that create a pleasant atmosphere. There is also now a small restaurant. The staff tried to solve our problems, but not always successfully but we appreciated their effort.
At the same time, there are still areas for improvement:
1. Ventilation is weak, which makes it uncomfortably hot in many places, including the rooms, elevator, and lobby.
2. Breakfasts and dinners would benefit from more variety, as the menu often felt repetitive and limited for people with dietary restrictions.
3. Our room for four people was small and not very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were in poor condition, cleaning could be improved. Unfortunately, we also came across cockroaches in the bathroom, which was unexpected and unpleasant.
