Location was great. Kitchen area was excellent.
Pillows were like a brick. Shower was luke a fire hose . Rooms have underfloor heating which cannot be controlled at room level. Ie: was extremely hot.

Staff were very friendly and forthcoming with ideas and suggestions, and even allowed us to get breakfast 15 minutes early so we could meet our tour. Location is GREAT, central to everything and very walkable
We had a family (4 bunks) room-door to bathroom was mis-aligned and didn't close. Rate included breakfast, but there was no description indicating that it would only be bread, jams, dulce de leche, coffee/tea. We ended up buying other items and leaving them in the refridgerator (as did others).

The staff were very nice! They helped us with everything we needed and always tried to do everything possible for us.
The location was great!
The room was very dirty which made my friend develop an allergy to dust
The shared kitchen felt not so clean and not well equipped.
