The room was well decorated and everything else was fine, including the breakfast, which had enough options to have a traditional breakfast or a Vietnamese style (yakisoba, soups, etc).
- The room that I got didn't have a window facing the outside, so there's a bad lighting, anyway it was announced/expected.
- The bed sheets had a stain
- The towels probably need to be replaced
- The thing to leave the towels/dry clothes stay over the private, that's a very bad location given the bathroom is spacious.
- The hairdryer wasn't well attached to the wall, I didn't warn anything (they should be aware of that), but it should be easy to fix.

- Close to Hon Chong beach where we can paddle the SUPs, but a bit far from city center

THE RECEPTIONISTS!
We met 2 receptionists, a girl in the morning and a man at night shift. we booked Deluxe room with high floor, in Booking.com they stated that the room has a bathtub (my friend paid more money for the room), but when we got in the room (around 10pm) there wasn't a bathtub as described, we called the man receptionist but he said not every Deluxe High floor room has a bathtub, it's just the picture on they advertised on booking, they don't even apologized or gave us any compensation but an unacceptable attitude. They even blaimed us that we don't make note with them about the bathtub, but that's what Booking.com shows about the room, why do we have to note?? It was kinda late so we don't want to disturb others. But you should check with them before you book a room to make sure you have your suitable room.
He even said that every hotels all do the same things about putting fake room pictures on Booking.com. No!, only Senia.
I have been staying at a lot of hotels for business and leisure trips, from normal to luxury ones, but this is the first time I experienced such a bad service from a 4-star hotel. Unacceptable!
