Pod is spacious and the pillow is well designed.

The location and its overlooking view of the Tokyo tower. The property was well cleaned everyday. There was no loud noise made by other tenants.
The lack of plug inside the capsule. Hope there are atleast 2 outlet to plug for devices. But overall, no other complaints.
The messiness of some tenants, especially in the shower area.

I had a fantastic stay at this capsule hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the property provided everything I needed, including pajamas, towels, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. While the bidet-equipped restrooms and showers were simple and compact, my individual capsule was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and felt completely private despite closing with a blind instead of a solid door. The top-floor lounge was a wonderful, popular spot to relax and meet other travelers at night.
My only tip for future guests is to request a lower capsule if you dislike heights or climb frequently; at 62 years old, navigating the ladder from an upper bunk for late-night bathroom trips was a bit inconvenient.
