You get what you pay for.

The property is a low-budget location. The host was very pleasant and friendly.

The smell in the room was unpleasant and there were also a lot of ants.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here

-Parking spot in the yard; -The host was kind and helpful; -Wi-fi

None of the basic things were met in our room: it was not clean, it smelled wierd and we couldn’t sleep much: - Cleaning was superficial, you could see that it was cleaned but not thoroughly (ie the bathroom sink had spots); - Strong sewage smell in the bathroom; - Room not soundproof, we could hear our neighbors showering and talking. Beds were squeeking, my partner and I kept waking up when one of us was moving; - Room window was facing a nearby wall, so seemed quite claustrophobic. All in all, there is better accommodation in Cluj in the same price range, I don’t recommend staying here.

Disappointing

Has Auchan close to it and a tram stop. Trams go often.

Such a tiny room - feels uncomfortable. The bed linen has a very strong smell - obviously not suitable for people with a sensitive sense of smell and allergy sufferers. I couldn’t sleep because of that strong chemical smell. Really weird. The place is in industrial area, next to the construction site, so here it is really noisy. Oddly organized shower - just part of the bathroom curtained. Old shower hose, not comfortable and leaking. So at the end we couldn't wash. There are no night lights. One socket next to the bed isn’t working - but I didn’t realize it till the morning, so the phone didn’t charge during the night. No drinking water!! Be aware if you are coming in the evening time that you should have some water with you. In order to turn off the light, you need to get up from the bed up to the door. Window view is just… the wall. Conclusion: if you don’t expect much from this accommodation, you can save some money as it is relatively cheep, but I highly recommend to rent an apartment instead - if you want to get more comfort! Suitable for travelers with low budget and very low expectations.

Beautiful family run room with internal bathroom and kind hosts, privacy and also the chance to have space to visit the centre. Location not far at all from centre.

Nice place for introverts

I had a long layover (day) in Cluj-Napoca. I stayed at this hotel and I liked everything about it. My main criteria were silence, the presence of the Internet, and a bed, since my main idea was to sleep and work. From the hotel you can drive by taxi to the city center and take a walk - I recommend you do this if you are in the city for the first time, it is very beautiful there. The hotel is quite far from the center, but you also can walk. Please note that the owners do not speak English. But if you have a phone, Google translator will help you communicate)))

Great, but short, the city is worth visit.

This apartment met my expectations for short term stay during my motorcycle road trip. Great safe parking behind the gate.

No english knowledge of landlords, but they are nice and calm, nevertheless we could finally arrange all the details.
