We loved the laundry room and luggage storage. The rooftop patio was awesome! The layout of the 2 bedroom apt we had was great. It was also really nice to have cartons of water waiting for us during the heatwave, as well as dish detergent etc. Very well thought out.
The floor and walls are in serious need of a DEEP CLEAN. The apartment itself was tidy and clean, don’t get me wrong — housekeeping did a great job. It just needs someone to go and scrub the floors and the walls or even repaint them; it was like there were layers of grime on the floor and the walls noticeably dirty. But I want to emphasize this would not be something housekeeping could fix quickly in between checkout and check-in one day, but something if there is a day between occupancy, I would highly recommend a good scrub ☺️

Clean, but the room is small (I am not convinced we were given the room we booked). But there is no one to discuss with as there is no reception. If everything is automated at least the room size should correspond with the booking. Other than that, everything was good: very clean.
We stayed for several days. The staff could at least have taken the trash out. The room was not cleaned and the trash not taken out - when we left it out, they knocked on the door and insisted that we take it down ourselves to the trash room. We are booking a hotel, not an Airbnb... The room was also very small. I know it's Paris but did not align with our booking I believe. The location is far from Paris, and from restaurants etc.

Loved the security & the amenities of this rental. Having extra towels/sheets available in the main lobby was nice. Though we didn't use it, the luggage lockers in the basement were a nice touch. Location was ok--fairly close to both a metro & RER train stop, but few dining/shopping options nearby.
There is no ventilation after summer, which is very problematic. The rooms were stifling hot at night & there was no air movement, so we had to leave the windows open. That's fine until the traffic starts moving around 6am with the frequent police siren blaring outside the open window. Either keep the a/c available, pump in some outside air through the vents, or install some ceiling fans. Room was cramped for the price we paid--other options around Paris afforded several bedrooms and more square footage for less money.
