hotel trecicogne

Prima locatie.

I had a really pleasant stay overall. The environment was calm, clean, and very relaxing—perfect for unwinding. The atmosphere made it easy to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The kitchen staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The food was consistently delicious, well-prepared, and offered a great variety. Every meal was something to look forward to. The rooms were also very nice—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The only downside was the heat, which made things a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, a great experience thanks to the lovely environment, excellent food, and dedicated staff.

The price shown (taxes included) was not the amount I was asked to pay at reception. I have been using this app for years and have always paid exactly the price displayed at the time of booking, so this situation was completely unacceptable. Despite clearly showing my booking confirmation, the reception staff refused to honor the agreed rate and insisted I pay a higher price based on their own system. I had booked two rooms at €56 per night for 5 nights each, yet was told to pay €61.64 (exchange rate of €1 at 5000Ar instead of 4650Ar) per room instead. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Customers should not be forced to pay more than the confirmed booking price. Extremely disappointing experience.
