As soon as you enter the hotel it smells fresh and clean. Reception staff was accommodating and also speak in English. The hotel room was clean, toilet and shower are both clean, the bed was comfortable to sleep and my children love the ideas of the bunk bed.
I think it’s best if they have AC. The fun connected to the bedside of the bed is so tiny and not even blowing an air. They provided a big fun which helps but I think it is good if the room has AC.

The property had a warm and friendly atmosphere, the staff was welcoming, and the location was convenient for exploring Tours. The common areas were cozy and pleasant.
The rooms were a bit small and there could be some noise at times, but overall it was still a comfortable stay.

Very friendly staff! Nice 4-person dorm I stayed in.
The “free wifi” was a pain. Using the public wifi with no password is never as good as real wifi. It constantly disconnects, and I could never get it to work on my e-reader.

Modern, well decorated.
The room was very hot during the night (it’s only April!) and is a little bit of a stretch from central Tours.
