I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble, and they always greeted me with a smile.
The rooms genuinely surprised me. They were far more spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished than several much more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in elsewhere. Great beds, good amenities, and a really pleasant atmosphere.
Breakfast is a bit different here: the options are varied, but you do need to pick what you want a day in advance. That turned out to be a nice touch; you can either have it served in your room or in their cosy café. Everything I tried was fresh and tasty.
One important thing to note: the hotel doesn’t have an interphone to communicate with reception. All communication is via WhatsApp, so it’s worth being ready for that. You’ll use WhatsApp to contact reception for anything you need, for example, placing your breakfast order for the next day or booking any of their services. Once you know that, it works smoothly and the staff are very responsive.
The location is also a big plus. It’s right next to one of the busy streets in Karachi, so you’re close to shops, restaurants, and plenty of amenities, very convenient for getting around.
Overall, excellent value for money, warm hospitality, and comfortable rooms. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Karachi.
It's not a negative point for me, but probably for some... I would imagine that if someone doesn't have WhatsApp or doesn't feel comfortable communicating via WhatsApp, then I believe they may face some challenges. Other than that, everything is nice.

What a find. The staff could not have been friendlier, and our room was comfier and nicer than pricier hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast offers good variety, but you choose it a day ahead and have it in your room or the café. Note that there is no intercom: reception communicates via WhatsApp, so use that for breakfast orders and any services. The location is handy, right by one of Karachi’s busy streets and close to amenities. Excellent value and a stay we would happily repeat.
