About this condo rental
Located in Edwards, this lovely condo for $285 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This lovely ground floor, walk-out residence is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, air conditioning, and three smart TVs. Guests also have access to two spacious patios with gas grill and underground parking for one car. Additional parking for extra vehicles is available directly across the street from the Pinecone Lodge. This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 106 Pinecone Lodge have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more. The bedroom configuration for the property is as follows: Master bedroom with King bed, adjacent bathroom Guest bedroom with a Split King (or two twin beds), en-suite Jack and Jill Bathroom. Sleeper sofa in the Living Room With its close proximity to Arrowhead Lift less than a 5 minute walk on heated walkways in the heart of Arrowhead Village, guests can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests are able to ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. Additionally you are provided with complimentary access to the Dial-a-Ride shuttle, which services each village in Beaver Creek Resort. This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service for stays of five to seven nights. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays. Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. You will be allocated a dedicated Personal Concierge to assist with planning each aspect of your getaway. This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $3,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details. Small issues with appliances and aging mattresses in second bedroom. Dishwasher only worked if we pushed the door in VERY hard and sometimes still didn't work; it also didn't get dishes fully clean. Washing machine spin cycle not working properly; clothes at bottom of machine were still soaked with water even after running the spin cycle twice. Dryer squeaks like a squeaky mouse wheel while running. Twin mattresses were sagging in the middle and uncomfortable; they need to be replaced.
Other than these small issues, this condo was a delight! Very comfortable and well-equipped.

We had a great stay in this lovely 2 bedroom. It was very comfortable, great beds and wonderful to have the extra room. This place was as clean as any I've stayed in and that is saying something. It was also well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. You never know what to expect with regard to these things, so I always come prepared, but I was pleasantly surprised. In addition, the kitchen had everything you might need including spices, salt, pepper, some coffee, sugar packets, hot chocolate etc. We like to buy or order groceries and make our own meals and the kitchen was well suited for this. They also had a gallon of water in the closet that was handy due to our late arrival that we used until we could get our groceries. The only negative is the lift was not running due to the lack of snow, so we had to take the bus over. It was also not quite as close to the hot tub and pool as the last place we rent, but other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely rent it again, especially if there is more snow :).

Due to COVID restrictions, we spent much more time in the condo, cooking and generally just hanging out, than we have in the past, and this condo made that extra time very comfortable and enjoyable. There were dogs in the condo building behind us barking all the time. I never complained but I bet that's the barking someone heard and then complained of. To be accused of that, bothered on our stay, and just not met with a warm personality was just not a great experience. It's hard enough getting my mom out with her dog, so when we do, we do not want to be hassled all the time. Won't be staying with a condo again under the management of this company.

Great condo. Major complaint is the long distance to the hot tub, which was servicing a very large complex of condos and was always full. Not cool. Even walked all the way there in the freezing cold and had to turn back home without using the facility due to overcrowding.
