Very clean and enjoyable. Friendly staff. Good security. Beach club access and beach literally a stroll across the street from condo. Working kitchen with supplies and grocery store near by. Plenty of restaurants along the beach within walking distance.

Our stay at Ibis number one exceeded our expectations… It was a beautiful, clean, spacious condo with everything you could possibly need. Our favorite part was that it was right across the street from a beautiful beach club that we had access to the entire time, everybody we came in contact with was so kind, helpful, and friendly!

Our family of 3 stayed 8 nights in this rental during part of our Costa Rica trip. Overall we had a good stay, and loved the beach club access and pool across the street. The cabana's were great - but we were there 3 days before anyone told us we could and had to reserve them. Overall though, the service and staff at the club were great!
We were a little disappointed with some aspects of the condo. When we first arrived the floors were not cleaned all that great and found myself sweeping and wiping stuff up off them and layers of dust was found on dressers, lamps, and tables (and I really am not much of clean freak). I was looking forward to getting cleaning services every 4 days as the fact sheet stated, but when I inquired about it, I was told they only come once a week and it would be an extra charge for additional cleaning service, which was very different from the rate on the FAQ sheet. We also told Rafa after our first night that our coffee maker didn't work and he said he would send someone to look at it, which never happened. I was excited to have a concierge to ask our questions, get recommendations, etc., but we only saw him I think a total of 3 times during our 8 day stay and getting ahold of him via text was very hit or miss. However, when we were able to get a hold of him he was helpful. The security guards on site were very helpful and friendly!
Glad we got to experience Tamarindo, but would probably stay somewhere else if we were to go back.
