Clean comfortable room set just behind Centro area so you're close to everything without the space feeling busy. Booking didnt mention it but they coordinated transportation to the hotel, which is nice if you brought bags since it's all up hill to get there. Ferry is a 10 min walk from there. Caretakers don't speak English but we still communicated well with the help of Google translate. It's not very frilly but does have a full kitchen. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the firmer bed but I slept like a baby. The view in front of the building is great. The hill it's on is a cobblestone climber so keep that in mind. If you're not comfortable driving tight side streets, maybe just get a Vespa or ebike for the visit, don't get a car. I still think it's crazy the car fit up the road.
Advertised clothes washing machine was out of order so if you're trying to do laundry when you get there there's a laundromat in Centro area.

Sono rimasta positivamente colpita dal complesso di appartamenti del Residence Timeo, un insieme di antichi fabbricati ristrutturati mantenendo la loro storicità e le caratteristiche edilizie del tempo. Passeggiando nelle stradine tra gli appartamenti sembra quasi di essere in un antico borgo, ed è tutto curato e pieno di piante.
L'appartamento in cui alloggiavo era dotato di tutti i comfort e adatto anche ad una lunga permanenza.
Ha il vantaggio di trovarsi a 2 passi dal centro ma in una zona molto tranquilla.

La climatisation et la vue était top
Le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas.
Le propriétaire ne parle pas l’anglais : il ne comprend que l’italien.
Vraiment embêtant pour une résidence de tourisme.
Problème d’eau : l’eau nous a été coupé pendant 24 heures : sans nous donner de réponse du propriétaire. Sa seule réponse a été : qu’il viendrait lendemain. Le lendemain, nous partions…
Si nous n’avions pas trouvé une alternative, nous n’auriez pas pu prendre de douche ni aller aux toilettes pendant toute une journée (et une nuit)
