La proprietaria MArtina ci ha accolto in modo squisito , la colazione non era disponiible ma in camera avevamo a disposizione tutti il necessario per un ottimo caffè e volendo anche te/tisane. inoltre ci è stata data la possibilità non avendo prenotazioni il giorno dopo di fermarci anche oltre l'orario del chech out. le camere sono ampie e bellissime come tutto il palazzo (ex sede del Comune del luogo appunto e quindi tutte le stanze sono a tema!) dotato anche di terrazzini e girdinetti deliziosi.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione vicina al centro di Santa Sofia, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Apprezzabile la facilità a trovare il parcheggio, nella piazza adiacente alla struttura. Ho apprezzato molto anche la bellezza dell'appartamento, inserito in uno splendido palazzo antico (infatti una volta era sede del Comune, da cui ha preso il nome la struttura). La simpatia della titolare della struttura ha completato il quadro di un soggiorno veramente piacevole.
Ho trovato tutto talmente positivo, che non saprei suggerire miglioramenti.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno alla Residenza al Vecchio Comune di Santa Sofia. L'appartamento è ampio, accogliente e ben organizzato. L'host ci ha accolto con grande cortesia e disponibilità, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Inoltre, soggiornare in un edificio così ricco di storia ha reso l'esperienza unica e suggestiva. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, climatizzatore compreso, ben tenuto e ben pulito. Martina, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto molto amichevolmente ed è stata disponibile sin da subito per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo!
