The location was excellent. The property staff was good and well-behaved. The room was well arranged. All the attractions are near to the location.
The door lock and toilet were outdated.

The owner of the hotel is so hospitable and helpful. He was the highlight of my stay, helped me get around the city, and showed me some spots.

Location was the only thing that I liked - right across the Travertines.
Its not really a hotel, rather a hostel, which you can use if just want to spend a night in Pamukkale.
Rooms are too small for two people. Bathroom again very small.
No electric kettle. No heating system. AC in the room didn't do the heating job properly.
Nobody is ever available at the reception. You have to step outside and go to a nearby restaurant (Whitehuose) to meet the hotel staff.
