The staff are great and helped out with a few things.
It was very hot but the air on was under repair. Check it’s working!
Breakfast was not great. It should be possible to have a real coffee not a sweetened instant.

Liked to location - peaceful, relaxed. Staff was very helpful - had a really bad mosquito bite and we were given a spec cream, as a medicine. The dinner was nice in the restaurant, at the other building opposite to the hotel. The staff member switched on the sauna immediately for our request.
There was no any coffee included in the breakfast. It is normal to pay extra if we do not like what is provided and ask for another type of coffee - but we've never been to any hotel, were no coffee included as part of the breakfast. The wellness area needs a clean-up, especially the big windows. In a 4 stars hotel a sauna is usually on and no need to find a person to turn it.
