Ein sehr schönes und stilvolles Haus. Bei Anreise war kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort, aber der Zugang war per e-mail erklärt. Das Frühstück war tadellos.
Trotz allem: Ein persönlicher Empfang hätte uns besser gefallen.

The hotel room was comfortable and roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We arrived on a Sunday and the hotel is not staff on Sunday evenings. We had issues getting into the parking lot and picking up the key to our room. The staff worked hard to make up for this issue--which we appreciated. Upon reflection, I think the issues were had were the result of a poor translation from Czech to English. Nevertheless, we appreciated the hotel's efforts to make it right for us. We would definitely return for a visit.
