La localisation, au calme une fois les campeurs à la journée partis.
Hôtel vieillot , équipement d’un autre temps , petit déjeuner typiquement turque mais cadre, quantité et qualité qui pourraient être mieux.

Staff was so hepful and friendly, even when we could not communicate all the time due to language barrier.
Room was very comfy, clean and I really loved it.
Special thanks to Furkan, he helped me from the first moment when I booked my room, as I was not driving he offered additional service to pick me up from Uzungol and drive me there, same as on my way back. He really take a good care of the reception desk, very calm and polite. The three beautiful ladies and her mother, who work at the Café, are so lovely :) Thank you for sharing some words with me even when their english was not that fluent :)
Unfortunatelly I did not expect the area around to be su busy and full of tourists, it really takes out the "nature" experience because most of them let the surrondings dirty or were too noisy, it also increases the prices for hotels and transportation. It is not related to this hotel, but still affected my perception. Also, it would be nice if they can offer options for easy transportation, it is again not related to the hotel itself, but it would be so helpful if they could consider single travelers with different profiles rather than big saudi families coming to spend the day. On a separate note, eventhough the restaurant staff was extremely nice, I would say that the food is not what I expected from Turkish quisine, neither for the high prices, but I honestly walked around the zone and it was all the same case.

الغرفة التي عُرضت علينا في اليوم الثاني كانت جميلة جدًا ومطلة على النهر، وأشكر الموظف على مبادرته وعرضه نقلنا إليها. هذه النقطة تُحسب لهم وأقدر محاولته تحسين تجربتنا.
تواصلت مع الفندق قبل موعد الإقامة بفترة وطلبت إلغاء الحجز بسبب ظرف، لكن للأسف تم رفض الطلب ولم تكن هناك مرونة.
وعند وصولنا، الغرفة لم تكن بالنظافة المطلوبة؛ البلكونة كانت متسخة والطاولة عليها آثار انسكاب ولم يتم تنظيفها. من وجهة نظري، الغرفة يجب أن تكون جاهزة ونظيفة من الأساس قبل دخول النزيل، وهذا الأمر أزعجني.
تم عرض غرفة أخرى علينا لكنها لم تناسبني، كما لم يعجبني أسلوب الحديث معي عندما قيل لي "لا تتنرفز". كنت أتمنى التعامل مع انزعاجي بشكل أكثر مهنية، خصوصًا أن سبب انزعاجي كان مستوى النظافة عند استلام الغرفة.
أما الفطور فكان سيئًا جدًا، الخيارات والمستوى بشكل عام دون المتوقع، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود اهتمام أو متابعة واضحة للضيوف أثناء الفطور. تشعر أنك ضائع ولا تعرف من المسؤول عن خدمتك أو مساعدتك، ويحتاج الفطور من ناحية الجودة والتنظيم والخدمة إلى تحسين كبير.
وللإنصاف، في اليوم الثاني تم عرض غرفة جميلة مطلة على النهر، وأشكرهم على هذه المبادرة.
