WiFi very OK. The staff OK & communicate like call & talk friendly.
Noise from near room hear from our room. No prepare soap & shampoo at bathroom because before this we stay hotel low rate from here have this. 1 channel that we can watching TV. The iron we use not function well. Hope can prepare 1 board to iron for easier way to anybody come to the hotel. Pillow hope can replace the comfort or new one. Hope can fix it.

Parking places are ample as it is located at shoplot area. Easy to park and lots of eateries nearby. But it is more suitable to non-muslim visitors. Hotel is more likely for working visitor as it is cheap.
The hotel's signboard is pretty confusing as the outside stated New Era Hotel while the inside @ receptionist is New Century Hotel. It took me 20 minutes to locate the hotel.
