Amazing view from the living areas over the water which is a stone's throw away. Truly one of the best views I've experienced in a property with wrap around verandas and amazing access to a beautiful coastline. Easy to clean home with laminate floors and plenty of seating.
Kitchen and the two four-bed rooms are small but honestly the fantastic location and view makes up for any shortcomings.

The location, the views, being brick so less noice.
The bathroom door downstairs didn’t shut or lock, not great when there’s 5 people using it. The tv remote is broken & should be an easy replacement. An air fryer would be VERY handy too.
