The price was reasonable & location not far from main bus terminal

1/The entrance room doors needed WD40 on hinges as sqeaked loud coming and going , not good if trying not to wake others up , 2/ No toilet tissue 3/ It's not polite and bad manners to say too your guest that your responsible for not staining the bed sheets 4/ Sink blocked in bathroom & no mirror for shaving

I like the location really near Robinsons mall and the fact that i can do my laundry ang hang them up at the third floor. The caretaker removed my clothes and saved it when it rained without a warning. We can also cool basic meals in the kitchen provided we bring our own supplies.

That an old person will not be able to climb the second and 3rd floor if they want to wash and dry their laundry. The doors sort of not fitted properly and my nephew panicked when he couldnt open his door from inside, very dangerous if theres a fire. Theres no fire exit at the back near the bathroom/kitchen area of the ground floor, only the main entrance has a door to get out from if theres emergency. I can hear people open and close doors because the doorknobs make a loud noise. Theres not enough space to park a big car or cars and the entrance of the street is quiet narrow and the road is rough going to the property. Their check in/ out time is confusing. I hope they can correct this.

My sincere gratitude for the incredible experience I had during my stay at this hometel. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the cleanliness of the facility. The hometel was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel instantly at ease and comfortable. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, and were quick to offer helpful suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. In terms of value for money, this hometel exceeded my expectations. The rates were incredibly reasonable for the level of service and amenities provided. I felt like I was getting so much more than what I paid for, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hometel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. The staff are simply amazing, and will go above and beyond to make your stay as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to visit again!

The place is filthy, with damaged doors with broken locks, several damaged ceilings with also large holes, and no toilet seat cover.

1. It's affordable. 2. We liked that they have a kitchen so that we cook our meals. 3. Walking distance to a mall nearby. 4. Big rooms with cabinets, dining table snd a refrigerator.

The toilet and bathroom is small but it does not bother us.

THERE IS NO CR IN THE ROOM. THE COMFORT ROOM IS COMMON AND VERY SMALL. IT'S HARD TO TAKE A BATH SINCE MANY OF YOU WILL USE THE BATHROOM. AND THE BATHROOM IS VERY SMALL AND ONLY CAN ACCOMMODATE A SMALL PERSON. IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ROOM AIRCON IS ALREADY INCLUDED BUT ONCE YOU ARRIVE, THEY WILL ASK ADDITIONAL Php 200 for the Aircon. Very inconvenient.

the facilities are working very well, Airconditioning is working well. Close proximity to tow major hospitals in Tagum( Tagum Doctors and Mission Hospital) Very ideal for people who has patients in those hospital

Some doors are broken. My cousin struggled to get out from the bathroom. Careful with booking, there are non-AC rooms not detailed during booking (or maybe its just me who didnt notice it.)
