Location was good and I loved how we got fresh towels every morning!
The food in the hotel was absolutely awful. Honestly go down the road to 7/11 and get a sandwich. The service was extremely slow when getting food. We waiting around 40 minutes until we got our food order taken. The girl was just walking around and she knew we wanted to make an order as she gave us our menu 40 minutes prior.

We stayed only one night before going to AKA Island. For this purpose the hotel was perfect. Very spacious family room and much bigger than expected. Very good value for money. We enjoyed the free drinks and snacks when we got there - and enjoyed the board game and TV in the hotel area. The staff was super friendly. Very helpful and very pleasent.
Only if the outdoor area was a bit more cozy. We enjoy sitting outside :)

Price was good, bed was comfortable and shower was amazing
Area was not what was expected, also while there is cocktail in the name we were advised that cocktails were only available during certain times. Limited food options available except for weekends. There were multiple warnings about the area and a concerning statement in the check in process requiring confirmation that guests are not part of organised crime. Some staff were friendly while others appeared to be inconvenienced by guests. The room was very small with basically no room for our bags
