Neue bequeme Betten; ruhige Lage; sehr sauber; gute Kommunikation mit dem Management, welches stets erreichbar war und bemüht war alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Wohnung war anfangs etwas kalt da vor uns keine Gäste dort waren und es hat einige Stunden gedauert bis es angenehm warm war. Auf Wunsch wurden uns jedoch sofort weitere Decken zur Verfügung gestellt.
Keine Seife im Seifenspender im Badezimmer. Auch hier nehme ich an, dass Seife bereit gestellt worden wäre, wenn wir es angesprochen hätten.

Great value and we really enjoyed the location. It was the perfect walk for us (10minutes) to the busy area of kirchberg. The distance kept the noise away when we needed sleep, yet was close enough when we wanted to play.
Ski bus stop was a block or two away and dropped us off at the bottom of the ski lift where we rented skis and rode the gondola up into the kitzbuhel ski mountains.
Kitchen was sufficient to accommodate us staying in one night and cooking spaetzle and dumplings bought from the grocery store one block away. Saved us money from eating out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the rest of our vacation.

The property was clean and quiet. Kirchberg is beautiful with lovely restaurants and welcoming people. The staff at Absolute Active were extremely helpful and friendly.
It needs updating and decorating. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and door frame was cracked. There was no microwave, no added extras like shower gel or hand wash. The property is on the outskirts of Kirchberg so would need transport to get into the village or to get about.
