Situated in Deschutes River Woods, this lovely condo for $190 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This newly renovated 750 square foot two bath Bend condo has a queen murphy bed in the great room and also has a large king bedroom, all with new mattresses, it sleeps 4-6. Enjoy the view of the Deschutes River Valley from the great room with comfy furniture, fireplace and the 2 Smart TVs and Air Conditioning too. We are only 5 miles from Bend with all it’s restaurants, theaters, concerts and activities for the whole family. Our onsite pub is open for some drinks, food and music for the whole family along with our free work out room with weights, treadmills and ellipticals. In summer enjoy the playground, free mini-golf, sand volleyball, basketball courts, tennis courts, bbq’s, picnic areas, Wigi Creek Golf Course, river rafting and disk golf. From your door you can hike the banks of the Deschutes River for miles. Enjoy the paved bike trail right across the street and ride right into Bend. Take advantage of the over 277 miles of mt biking trails or head up to Mt Bachelor for some lift served bike trails and parks. Bend was named the Best Mt Biking Town in the country. We do allow ONE SMALL DOG 25lbs or under. In winter we are the closest lodging to Mt Bachelor. You can ski, board, cross country, sled, snow mobile, dog sled, skin and back country ski! In winter our resort has an outdoor ice skating rink with skate rentals as well. The pools are open at this time! If for any reason, covid or otherwise, the pools close there is no refund.

Condo was nicely renovated. Rained everyday except one so enjoyed comfort of condo very cosy for reading books. Owner of condo was great explained everything and always available very nice.

We stayed for our annual baseball tournament and this was all the space we needed. Spacious and relaxing for a family of five to come back and unwind after a long day in the sun. Bob was so easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Nice property at Seventh Mountain and the resort had several things to do on the property. It is 20 minutes to Mt Bachelor and 10 minutes to Bend.

This was one of the nicest condos I’ve stayed at. It was very comfortable and Bob was a great host. The resort was fun, my family comes every year with friends. I will be booking again with Bob in the future.

The unit was one of the nicer ones we have stayed at at Seventh Mountain. So convenient for the trails, alpine lakes, swimming pools, put put course and nearby restaurants and breweries. Worth a visit!

Perfect spot for enjoying the Bend area. Great river raft Outfitters on site! The condo needs a bit of a refresh (old appliances, linens & oversized furniture) but very comfortable & everything worked fine.

Sometimes when you go to a VRBO it is not like the pictures or doesn’t live up to expectations. This actually surpassed all of my expectations! Not only is it on a beautiful property that has lots to do from mini golf to frisbee golf the pool as well as biking trails galore it is literally walking distance to Deschutes river. If you love waterfalls nature easy access to Bend and Mount Bachelor and everything around this is the place to stay. I hate to leave such a good review because I want this place always to be available for our trips back but it deserves it. Thank you so much!

Cozy place in great location. Probably the most comfortable Murphy bed either of us had ever slept in so that was a nice surprise. Pools & jacuzzis are close by, nice to have after a long day of activities.

Great property in 7th Mountain resort! location to hiking, mtn biking, rafting is excellent, and includes access to all 7th mountain pools, frisbee golf, and other amenities. We had a great time and will definitely rent it again.

There were some small bugs breeding on the windows off the patio. Quite a few of them! Lucky we found bug spray under the sink to deal with them. But housekeeping should probably take a look and clean up. The kitchen could use a few items, mainly a corkscrew and bottle opener. Otherwise this is a great property with a nice view off the patio. The accommodations at the resort are great! I am so glad we stayed here great place and weekend getaway!

I used the main room of this rental and left the bedroom undisturbed, enjoying the cozy studio aspect. Lovely retreat. If you have issues with stairs or is important to know there are 22 steps to this third floor condo. The quiet was so nice.

We loved our stay at the condo. Perfect jumping off location for nature lovers, skiers, cyclists, hikers, etc. Enjoyed watching the nesting osprey and the Lewis’s woodpeckers on the trail to the river. Late April is a fine time to enjoy the Bend area.
