Nestled in Paradise Valley, this attractive house for $1,961 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. New! Completely remodeled....This property offers a setting and views that can not be matched by any resort. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy amazing 270 degree views of Camelback Canyon and Paradise Valley from a one acre Mediterranean style hillside villa right on Camelback Mountain. The back drop, Camelback Mountain is one of the areas most stunning landmarks as well as the top hiking destination, Echo Canyon. From the front patio you can relax in the pool/spa, or on the deck and watch the sun rise and set. The living area opens to the front patio through a 12 ft stacking door, creating and indoor/outdoor space. The spacious 7,000 plus sq ft floor plan includes 8BR/6BA. There are four wings, offering privacy to groups travelling together. The centre of the house features a 800 square foot lounge area with a pool table and a seating area with a 75 inch TV. The wall to wall glass in the living area allows you to enjoy the view from almost any vantage point. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a large island, dual ovens with a 60 inch electric cook top, microwave/convection oven, and two fridges. The bar height seating, built in banquette and large dining table offer endless options for gathering. From the master suite you will enjoy spectacular views of Camelback Mountain with a direct view of Praying Monk. The master ensuite includes a jetted Roman soaking tub, double sinks, and a large double fixture shower with a strategically placed window to allow you to enjoy views of the canyon. The the two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath with shower. Both downstairs bedrooms have ensuites with showers. The property is surrounded by desert landscaping, several patio areas to take in the views, plus an outdoor, BBQ and fireplace. The front yard offers a large putting green for golf enthusiasts and corn hole bean bag game. The front has an elegant circular driveway and double wood doors to welcome you and your guests. In addition you will have an 800 sq foot 3-car garage, plus additional onsite parking in the back driveway. This property is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, premier resorts and recreation including Echo Canyon Recreation Area with access to Camelback Mountain hiking trails. This is a luxury property well suited to corporate retreats, family gatherings or a relaxing vacation. The minimum age for the person booking is 35. Family parties, 40th, 50th anniversaries/birthdays are fine . We do not advertise our house as a party house ( young men fraternity/ toga parties and female bachelorette parties are not welcome) and therefore have to do some light screening of groups. Please make sure the number of people in your group coincides with the number on your booking. The 800 square foot function room/lounge is a perfect venue for a reception, reunion or business function. Events exceeding 14 people must be pre-arranged with the owner. The event fee for weddings etc.: $5500 for up to 50 guests from 10 am to 11 pm. In addition, the regular nightly rates will apply for up to 14 guests including children.

This was our first time in Scottsdale and we could not have picked a better home. The location was a mile from anything you needed and the neighborhood was great to walk around and stretch your legs. From the pool side we watched hikers take on some advanced trails (so bring your binoculars). The home was very spacious and we all had plenty of area for privacy to get some work done during our breaks. (we were on a business trip)
Owner was very responsive to our questions and made great recommendations for local restaurants. Overall, we could not have found a better place to spend a week.

Overall it was a great stay. We had a large work party coming together for a golf event. The house was the perfect size with plenty of room to spread out. The location is amazing and the views are great. Great communication with the property owner throughout the stay.

This property is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. This was a 10/10, highly recommend and would definitely stay at this property again.

We have the same group of friends who escape the weather in Canada to golf in Scottsdale. This was the nicest house we stayed in over the last 9 years. The location can’t be beat, close to golf, restaurants, bars and shopping. Ron was a great host, very attentive to whatever we needed but in reality, the house had it all! I would have no issues recommending this property for any group wanting to rent this house!

The property has many picture windows and outdoor seating areas with spectacular views (over 180 degrees) of Paradise valley and the mountains beyond, including Camel back. This property is perfect for groups of friends and family that want to enjoy the Phoenix area. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very large and the younger members of the group really enjoyed the indoor squash/ basketball/ volleyball court. The house is centrally located and is an easy trip to downtown Phoenix, Papago park, Scottsdale (north and central), Tempe and to the airport. Our group of 12 had plenty of space to spread out and relax. While we enjoyed it completely, very particular people might notice the somewhat dated decor and the lights and outlets in some of the rooms that did not work.

Amazing Property - Highly Recommend
The property is very spacious and you will be very comfortable staying there with a big group. You also feel tucked away from the city but still are about a 10 minute cab ride to anything you need. The owner and property manager were both very responsive and helpful before, during and after the trip. Highly Recommend!
