Nestled in Lake Texoma, this lovely house for $367 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The tallest House on Lake Texoma! This custom home has just been Completed as of September 2019!! This Lake house has 4 stories each with its own deck! Designed after beach cottage style homes this home continues all the way up above the trees with spectacular views of Lake Texoma - You can see from Texas to Oklahoma while being secluded on over 2 acres of private, wooded, waterfront land! The property is fully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with 1st floor bonus room; combination game room/sleeping space with full bathroom. On the fourth floor you will find incredible views of the lake and this loft is counted as our fourth bedroom with a double bed so you can wake up on top of the world! This 4-story home has walk out decks on every level and amazing views: There are 4 bedrooms in our home: The Master Bedroom comes equipped with a very comfortable king size bed (3rd floor), the second bedroom on the 3rd floor has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress over under a twin mattress -there is also has a trundle bed with a twin-size mattress underneath the bunk, On the 2nd floor(Main floor) there is a bedroom with Queen size bed attached to full bathroom as well as a full kitchen (standard electric stove cooktop / oven, microwave/convection oven combo, dishwasher, fridge with water/ice dispenser. Bed linens and related items (including sheets, pillow cases, comforters, pillows, blankets), twin and queen air mattresses are provided. -This home is equipped with fast Unlimited Wi-Fi for your use- passcode on bottom of router in kitchen -We have 5 flat screen high definition televisions, All are either smart tv's or have a roku making it a smart tv There is Youtube TV pre loaded and available for your use on our Living room TV as well as Netflix loaded on all TV's you are free to sign into your own accounts as well -There is an extensive collection of DVDs for your use with DVD Blu-ray player on 3 of the 4 televisions. -We have 3 DVD Players and 2 video games (XBOX and WII) available for guests -Extensive movie/DVD collection for use during your stay -The Home comes with fully equipped kitchen with electric stove/oven, combination microwave/convection oven, and full electric standalone convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker/water dispenser. There are 2 types of coffee makers, 2 toasters, a blender. We also provide dishes, utensils, cups, bowls, pots and pans, toiletries, condiments, etc. Extra toiletries can be found under the sinks in any bathroom or in the kitchen -inside Fireplace: There is an electric fireplace located in the living room that is operated by buttons on the top right control panel or with the remote control. The fireplace can be used as lighting without heat or with heater on as well. -There is a self-inflating queen air mattress is in the downstairs bathroom linen closet. This is also where the extra towels / picnic blankets are located. You can set up the queen air mattress in the living room on first or second floor. -The 1st floor game room you will find several board/trivia games. Several decks of playing cards. Chess/Checkers and bean bag toss. -We have provided a charcoal grill that can be used as a grill or smoker on the first-floor concrete deck -There is also a gas grill which sometimes has gas and sometimes needs to be exchanged

Everything about this trip was great.
As soon as we arrived, my oldest daughter made her way up all the stairs to the very top floor, and claimed that room as hers... the views of the lake from that room are amazing!
Our time at the house was a great combination of both fun and relaxation. The girls loved taking advantage of the volleyball court and the tree house, and my wife loved reading her book, while sitting in front of the electric fireplace. And we all enjoyed spreading out in the living room watching Christmas movies.
A welcome surprise was we had the entire park to ourselves. I spoke to one of the park rangers who said they closed the park for the winter months, but we had free range over the entire place... The girls loved playing down at the beach and I enjoyed relaxing down at the beach late at night.
I'd also like to note the help from Phil (the house owner) at the time of booking. The VRBO service was jacked up, and it was a bit frustrating as the customer service person kept saying it was an issue on our side (even though it a 500 error coming from the server). Phil was kind enough to call them first thing and was able to get everything taken care of. And, even though the issue was a VRBO problem, he gave us a nice discount for the trouble.

I booked this for a family getaway and my dads birthday. This property did not disappoint one bit. Everything was clean, the property was beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent. I will definitely recommend, and hopefully be back soon.

This house is so comfortable and cozy! It was very peaceful and relaxing! The property owner was very easy to get in touch with and was helpful. The beds were soft and comfortable as well, making it easy to enjoy a restful nights sleep. We went in October, and at this time the bees and wasps were plentiful making nest where they could. However, we were not bothered by them. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay, our weekends were busy with family and friends and laughter and my weekdays were quiet and easy. The house was a perfect place for our stay. Big enough to hold everyone in comfortably and cozy enough to make silly family memories. The living room and kitchen is where everyone gathered each evening, we played card games and told stories of our lake activities. It was very easy to get in touch with Phillip and he answered all our questions and concerns immediately. He visited once a week and brought toilet paper and paper towels, as we were there for a month. The lake was in walking distance, and we arranged a slip for our boat at the local marina on the weekends. We enjoyed our time at the lake house and will definitely be back!

The kids loved the fact there were 4 stories. On July 4, we could see at least 6 different firework displays from the top balcony!
Unfortunately, the ice maker was broken and there were only 2 ice trays. We had to buy ice. The freezer was in two sections, our ice pops never froze in one side, however, the bag of ice in the other side did stay frozen. Thank goodness.
Overall, I didn't feel the place was clean enough, especially in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Texoma, and this house was perfect for us. The owner was extremely helpful, with directions, information about things to do and marinas nearby, etc. We had some nice views and enjoyed the great porches. Memories made!

Tha Lake House was perfect for our family of 9. Short walk to the lake and we reserved camping spots 15 & 16 at Preston Bend camp ground. I feel we actually used #16 the most with parking the boat and shade trees. The house was great, we stayed 5 nights and it was hard leaving. Beds are comfy and house has all the essentials you need. We did most of our cooking outside on the grills. Spent the days at the beach across the street and nights hanging out by the fire. It's so nice to have a break from the heat of the beach. Check in was easy, as was check out. House was clean and ready for us. Highly recommend this destination for people who are wanting a little relax with the pleasure of enjoying the water too. Philip made sure we had his number in case anything came up, but no issues for us. Thanks again

This lake home was absolutely beautiful. There were neighboring properties but I never saw them which really made us feel secluded. It wasn't located on the lake but it was very close. We had an amazing time.

Remote and perfect. You do need to know there are lots of stairs. 4 levels in all. Super clean and well laid out. Saw deer every day. Beds and covered porches everywhere. Checking and checkout was easiest I’ve seen. Tricky to find but worth it. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in the cabin, 4 story house nested in the trees. We stayed during the fall and so couldn't use outdoor facilities and the lakeside opportunities.
Our family found it difficult to navigate to the cabin as we checked in after sunset, and there were no markings/directions to the property. Using reflective paint indicating the pathway and using a bigger board for the house number at the entrance would have enhanced our stay experience.
