Located on the white sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this 3rd floor, fully remodeled, 1,452 sq. ft. of living space is perfect for families or multi-couple vacationers! Upon entry into the cozy seaside living room, you are greeted by breathtaking views of the Gulf. Adjacent to the living room, and Master Suite, is access to the balcony where the coastal ambiance awaits. The Master Suite (sleeps 2) features a comfortable king-size bed. It also has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a private bathroom. The third bedroom also offers a queen (sleeps 2) bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, there is a cozy bunk bed alcove in the hallway (sleeps 2). For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. This luxury condo has many amenities not offered in other condos, such as high-quality furniture, a fully equipped and fully stocked kitchen with all new updated stainless LG appliances, Keurig Coffee Maker, and cell phone chargers. Other unique features included are the spacious granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, soft close drawers and cabinets, and LED lighting with dimmer switches. For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). If you prefer to stay sand-free, you can see the beauty of the beach without the sand from our lovely Gulf front pool. Fantastic condo
The condo was perfect. We appreciate that it was fully furnished with everything we needed for the week, gorgeous view of the Gulf and pool, convenient to parking structure and elevators, and we really appreciated the donuts on arrival! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and although colder than we would have liked the view and patio were amazing. It was really nice and our only regret was not getting to the donut shop. Hope to visit next time.

The condo is very nice and well updated. All beds were comfortable with lots of extra pillows. The kitchen was very well stocked! It has enough cookware and baking dishes you could easily cook a holiday meal. Easy Vacation Services was amazing to work with. Great communication and information provided prior to arrival. We had one issue and that was the dryer would not work. Easy Vacation Services had maintenance come out on a Sunday and we had a new dryer delivered on Monday! They provided an alternative in the time period that ours was not working too! I don't think I could have asked for them to handle the issue in any better manner! In fact the only thing I kept needing and didnt have during the stay was a pair of scissors so I would say it was amazing overall!!!

We loved staying at Waters Edge. The unit was spacious and had gorgeous views of the gulf.

Overall, the condo was very nice and was able to accommodate all of our needs. The children loved it and the balcony view was gorgeous! The only problem noticed was that the unit had a broom, but no dust pan. Other than that, everything is was great and we look forward to visiting again!

Vacation Rental
Beach location is great. But cleanliness of unit is well below 5 stars as listed. Couch has stains and unit smelled like the carpet had been wet.
Had a coffee pot and Keurig but the pot was missing on the coffee pot with a note that a new one was on order. Bought K-cups only to find out the Keurig wasn’t working.
Went to target and bought a coffee machine. Can’t imagine renting ocean view without the ability to have morning coffee with the view.

We had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with this unit, building, amenities and the communication we had with the owners. The unit was perfectly appointed, in excellent condition and looked just like the images on the listing. The building itself was also in great condition and the onsite amenities were nice. One simple thing that I really appreciated was the “Welcome Binder” which contained all of the information that we needed to know, including suggestions for local places to eat and play. We will definitely consider staying in this unit again!

Very close to Gulfarium and the Pier8. My Wife and I walked to the Pier one afternoon and it took about 20 minutes. A bunch of restaurants are right by the Pier9. Owners always messaged back very quickly10. So many beds for large groups. There are two sets of bunk beds and two large beds in each bedroom.CONS1. Parking rules are a bit frustrating. We had two parking passes and we only used one the first few days. We had a large SUV and it kept getting dinged by other doors because of tight parking quarters. One night we took up two spaces to avoid this and we received a text at 7am the next morning that we would be towed if we did not move. Other guests had stickers placed on their windows as warnings even when they put two parking passes in their windshield. 2. The Internet is HORRIBLE! Our phones would not stay connected and we ran up our data pretty good. My laptop stayed connected most of the time but between the four smartphones and one tablet, they connected about 10% of the time. I don't think it's just this property, I think the Internet in the area is just very spotty.Overall, a fantastic condo, and we would rent again in the future. Owners seem very nice and I think the parking issues are out of their hands.

Summer Getaway
This was our first time in Fort Walton Beach Florida and first time using VRBO. The condo was amazing and would come back again. Not one complaint and the 4 adults that stayed at the condo usually stay at 5 star hotels.

We had a wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed the condo. There was plenty of room for us and the views were amazing! We had one issue (at no fault to the property) our first night and the property management was there within minutes and it was resolved within minutes. I can’t express how great it was working with them. We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo and looks as advertised. Don't miss AJ'S restaurant. Our stay in the middle of November was off season to our surprise and a lot of activities were closed.
