This property is under new ownership and has recently been completely renovated! Brought to you by Beach Blue Properties Beach service (1 setup) provided at NO COST! This includes two chairs, one umbrella, one folding table. Available 7 days a week March - October, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Located just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, B501 at Waterscape Resort features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an expansive private balcony and unobstructed views of the glistening Gulf. This 5th floor waterfront condominium sleeps 10 and offers unbeatable gulf views from almost every room! Our recently renovated condominium offers a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living area, completely stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Designed with relaxation in mind, the coastal style living area features plush furnishings, a large flat panel television, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading to an expansive balcony overlooking the Gulf. With 3 bedrooms (King, King, 2 Fulls + trundle) and a bunk alcove (Twin over Twin) in the hallway, there is ample sleeping space for everyone in your party. The gulf front master bedroom offers a cozy king bed, a large closet a flat panel TV, direct balcony access and en suite master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a king bed (purchased August 2022), a flat panel television, direct balcony access and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a full over full bunk with a full trundle and has a large flat panel television. Our guests enjoy complimentary high-speed WIFI and a spacious walk-in laundry room complete with a brand new washer/dryer. Near this area is also a twin over twin bunk alcove. This gorgeous unit was completely refurbished in 2020 with new quartz kitchen countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, paint, furniture, artwork, etc. Resort amenities include a split level courtyard with 2 pools (one is seasonally heated) - one zero entry and a wading pool with built in water toys and a play area for children, gas grills, Lazy River, numerous hot tubs, courtyard pavilion and a spectacular 10 foot waterfall. Enjoy some good eats and cool drinks at the poolside ''foodshack''. Combine all of this with 490 feet of beautiful sugar white sand and waves, and we have the perfect spot for your next vacation! 501B Waterscape at Okaloosa Island. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking. NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, processing fee and tax. The condo was very accommodating and the access to the beach was great. The swimming pools were a big hit with our grandsons as well as the rest of the family. The management was very easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Check in was easy. Beautiful views of the gulf. We spent mornings with coffee on the balcony before heading to the beach as well as evenings before bedtime. Enjoyed our vacation!

This property was perfect for the five adults and three littles! Ocean view balcony to sip coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. Close to elevator to get us down the the pool or beach. Condo was well supplied with beach chairs and sand toys and boogie boards. Plenty of room for us all to have space! We’ll be back!

Some bedding had NOT been changed. We found Sand and hair. Left message and it took over 2 hours for return call from Beach Blue. Then it took an additional 5 hours before someone brought clean sheets. Baseboards and under sofas had not been dusted in a while. Personally, I would change cleaning services. We had fun, but will not return to Beach Blue. Maybe some other property.

We had the best week at this lovely unit. We have stayed at Waterscape 6 times before but this is the first time we wanted a water view and boy was it worth it! We had family staying in two other units and ours was the favorite. The staff at the rental company were very helpful and accommodating. We will define book with them again.

We were very disappointed with the repairs of lazy river and pool area. That is why we choose this hotel. My grandchildren were so disappointed. This was my family's second stay in this beautiful condo and we are already planning to do it again in two years. It is the perfect location, with a beautiful balcony view of the beach and sunset. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of room, with beds to spare! Next time I will remember not to bring anything for the beach because they have all the toys and chairs you need, including beach towels. The variety of pools as well as easy access to the beach honestly provide all we needed, but there are multiple outstanding restaurants and activities within 15 minutes if you want to venture out of the resort. The only recommendation I have is to please consider placing a padded mattress topper on at least the bottom mattress of the queen bunk bed, since the mattress is VERY firm. We will definitely be back, thank you!

This was my family's second stay in this beautiful condo and we are already planning to do it again in two years. It is the perfect location, with a beautiful balcony view of the beach and sunset. We absolutely loved the Condo itself! Modern, comfortable furniture. The bedrooms all had nice Tv's in them for when we needed a break from the sun. It has an amazing view of the beach and the gulf and the balcony furniture is perfect for watching amazing sunsets.
It is at the end of the hallway so we did not have any hallway traffic noise at all.
The Waterscape complex which we have stayed at multiple times did not disappoint. They do such a great of maintaining it at a high level, and they always have everything clean and tidy.
