Great location for the University of Duisburg. Spacious and well equipped. Small conservatory.

It was a big and clean appartment, near the university campus.

THERE WERE NO SHEETS in our beds, for covering the bed-mattress. There were just sheets covering the coverlets. When we asked for it, at first he could not understend what we wanted, and then the reply was that "there were no other sheets available for us". At first for the third person there were no linens at all. Also there was not mop for cleaning the water from the bathroom floor. We asked for extra key and also was not available. Finally the communication was very poor.

It was not a fair situation. I booked the apartment on the ground floor for 2 weeks. before the stay I received an email that I can not have the apartment and that i stay on the 1st floor .ok. Julia told me that she return me 240€ back. I wrote an email , i colled, no one answered me.

I arrived very late but the system of using a key safe outside the property worked really well for me. I was working close by so location was perfect for me and with three supermarkets in easy walking distance made it easy to buy food. In addition the well stocked kitchen had many condiments and little bits that would have been annoying to have to buy so this was a great plus. The apartment was spacious and clean and the addition of a washing machine meant long stay was not a problem with getting clothes cleaned. Loved the place.

There wasn't anything I can think of that I would say I didn't like, I guess the fact that the apartment was on the ground floor wasn't to my taste but it wasn't really a problem.

Excelent place close enough to the center, no hasle when picking up the key.

Nothing.

It was perfect.
