Well appointed, modern apartment, tidy, clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful, open views, fit for both summer and winter. Not far from the cable cars (but it is 350 meters uphill, kinda heavy with skies) and the shops.
There is no real ski room. Put a few benches in the bike and ski area and guests can leave their ski boots in the garage and put them on there. Keeps the common areas much cleaner.
The 350 meters uphill walk to the cable car is good morning exercise, but might come as a surprise to people.
The bathroom is smallish. Too bad there is no fireplace, otherwise it would be a top-notch apartment.
Pricing is quite hefty, especially because of the high cleaning costs.
