Good but can be better

The location is nice, a quiet small town near Florence where is possible to see all the city from a hill. The place itself is pretty good, it's looking and feeling authentic.

Not looking clean, some utilities are broken or not working properly. With some little maintenance the place would look a lot better.

Lovely old building at the heart of Fiesole

Lovely old building in the heart of Fiesole, good wifi, helpful host. A free public parking is available, around 5 min walk away.; nice walking opportunities from the doorstep.

Casa Torrini was a lovely stay and we would come back here. The hostess is super friendly and welcoming.

The property was very nice and cozy, with a rustic feel. Our view from the window is absolutely beautiful and you get to see it from your bed.

Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing view, nicely decorated, quiet and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, a supermarket right in front, just a few minutes walk to the Roman Theatre (we stayed there to go to a concert at the theatre, and we were excited when we could hear the soundcheck from our room), and most of all, a friendly and kind host. We felt welcomed, and we enjoyed our stay very much. I wish we could've stayed longer!

Perfect for our long weekend in Fiesole and amazing value for money.

Absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay in Fiesole. A good size and comfortable, with traditional Italian style and beautiful view. The host was very helpful and welcoming, and left lovely little touches such as croissants and coffee pods. Location is great as you are right next to the main town square with restaurants, cafes, shops and the jus shop which goes direct to Florence city centre.

Fine for a short break in sleepy Fiesole

Great view north over the Tuscan hills from the window. Fiesole itself offers great views south over Florence. Espresso bars on street where you can get an Italian-style breakfast (=cake). Ate well in the bistro on the main square (better than at the much pricier place up the hill), but overall the choice of restaurants is not as good as in Florence. It won't take you long to see all the sites of Fiesole, but it makes a nice break from the bustle of Florence. We stayed two nights while resting from the intense art tourism of Florence. However, if you've found a good place to stay in Florence already, we'd recommend you just do Fiesole from there (a short bus or taxi ride).

Room is a little cramped - barely enough floor space to open two suitcases. The bedroom is separated from the shared kitchen by a sliding door, and a bedroom door that didn't shut properly. Some noise from the other guests. Host spoke little English.

Amazing, much recommended

It was amazing, the size and comfort of the room outstanding. Great bathroom, comfortable bed and outstanding views!! Staff also very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Undoubtly one of the very prettiest place I've ever been to. A real cosy, comfy appartment, with a separate bedroom and bathroom, an enjoyable terrace, furnished with care, and a very sweet owner. Thank you so much! Strong point: you are a coach fair away from Firenze station. This is costless.
