Hospitality at the property was top-notch. Eric, our driver and guide, was phenomenal. He could spot animals from miles away. Olare Mara has a limited number of leopards (4 to 5), but Eric ran to the hotel to get us from breakfast when he knew that a leopard had been spotted and drove us quickly to the location. We were able to witness the leopard alongside its cub. Invaluable experience.
The location of the property is also spectacular. If I'm not mistaken, Olare Mara has the highest density of cats. And I can definitely vouch for it
This place is definitely pricey! Not a little pricey - significantly pricey. Nothing about the experience dissapointed me but it definitely pinches when you have to pay a arm and a leg to book this property. Since this was a once in a life experience, I didn't mind paying for it, but note that there is a conservancy fee on top of the room rate. For 2 people, it is $260/night

Geweldige lodge! Schoon, prachtige locatie, heerlijk eten en vriendelijk personeel. Game drives met Ben waren top.
Elke avond legde Jackson een warme kruik in bed. Echt fantastisch verblijf!
