I proprietari sono gentilissimi, ci hanno dato la possibilità di utilizzare le loro biciclette per raggiungere la strada (senza si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi in 10 min). Ottima la colazione, si può fare sia dolce (con torte fatte in casa buonissime!) sia salata. Le camere sono molto spaziose. Non hanno il classico phon da hotel ma un vero phon con diffusore.

All is very good. Staff is nice and welcoming, breakfast is amazing. The beach at Torre Lapillo is only 10 min walking from the house.
The hot water finished before I finished my shower but it was not a problem since the outside temperature was warm. Besides, if you wait 3-5mins, the water warms again.
