well located, comfortable beds, good shower, drying handles for towels, and they cleaned up in between days without me asking.
Communication: Staff wasn’t present at my arrival, which I had announced. I tried going to the accommodation a
couple of different times. Since I was not from Spain, I did not have a way to call them (their number is not in What’sup). In despair, I had to ask a stranger to call and in total, I waited for about an hour to check in. There was not apology, which I thought was a little rude. The next two days, the staff I saw there were always behind a locked glass, so overall, it felt distant.
