Very nice bedroom and bathroom with a very good shower. Well-equipped kitchen. Goodies in the fridge and on the counter when we arrived including croissants, milk and juice. Plenty of tea and coffee Lots of nice pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very close to the beach.
Noisy seagulls! :) Not really much scope for sitting outside - there is a very small courtyard area between the living room and the bedroom but we didn't use it as it didn't have any views, just 4 walls.
