We didn’t see any staff other than a cleaner who gave us a key in arrival.

Simple but quite adequate for one night stay while changing from flight to cruise on following day. Dave the Kirkenes hotel stay for possible upgrade on cruise where space more important. Very utilitarian and basic but clean. Staff not immediately present in empty lobby but came quickly.

Really good location, next to a taxi company as well. Also, the room is really warm and the water hot, which is great. For the price, it is reasonable.
When I arrived I struggled to get in, and then a man who only seemed to speak Arabic let me in finally. The sheets on the bed are really poor quality and do not stay on the mattress, and you are provided a single flimsy pillow.
The blind also did not work, the room desperately needs a coat of paint, and the door handle is falling apart.

Very good central location, easy to find. Big plus is a coffee apparat and paper cups in the lobby. Really appreciated! Really enjoyed my single bed - so comfortable, soft and warm. Glad that I was allowed to check in earlier, the key from my room was just on reception counter.
Such a poor condition of the room, so shabby - bedside lamp cover broken, rail in the shower broken, toilet sit… I wonder, if all rooms in a hotel are the same? Or I was so “lucky”? Although, I must say honestly - I was not able to use the shower, it was freezing cold, like in refrigerator. Couldn’t force myself.
Internet didn’t work. Well, when first I was alone in the hotel, it worked (mainly in the lobby) but then, with more guests - no chance. Big tv in the room, but just very few channels (like 5) in Norwegian.
