Отель для вечеринок!

Один большой плюс этого отеля вид на город из люксов и СПА

Шум,гам,тарарам. Каждый день гости из города,которые отмечают,здесь и свадьбы и дни рождения и другие торжества. Отдохнуть вечером не получится до 11 часов Завтраки никакие. Яицница или омлет и это все ,что вы получите из горячего. Спокойного отдыха не получится.В бассейне искупаться не получится,часы работы с 11 до 16

Хороший отель,который испортили вечеринками в ресторане!

Отель находится на окраине города,вид из окна люкса замечательный,на город сверху.Очень хороший спа,который входил в цену.В номере есть все,что нужно для проживания.Персонал очень хороший и все пожелания выполнялись быстро .

А теперь минусы!!! Отель не преднозначен для спокойного отпуска. Здесь каждый день происходят торжества и музыка орет до ночи.В отеле есть открытый бассейн,но пользоваться им можно с 11 до 16ч.Когда все туристы в городе.Это отель на одну,максимум две ночи,не более.Завтраки - никакие(американский завтрак по меню).Один раз забронировал СПА. Ответили,что не работает(технические проблемы),однако там в это время гуляла компания.

de bediening. Het duurde eeuwen om een ontbijt te krijgen. het personeel sprak geen vreemde talen. Een keer was de kamer evenmin opgemaakt.

Отличный отель! Чистота, вежливый персонал, готовый всегда и во всем помочь. Современный, стильный и грамотноорганизованный отель с потрясающим видом на город. В 5-7 минутах езды от центра города. При отеле расположен ресторан с очень вкусной кухней. Цены как в городе. Но нужно иметь ввиду, что иногда в ресторане проводятся банкеты и прочие мероприятия и тогда может мешать музыка не смотря на очень хорошую шумоизоляцию номеров. Сами номера большие, кровати очень удобные. И вобще в отеле все продумано до мелочей, что бы отдых гостей был незабываем)

I would never stay there again.

The view.

I booked a garden view room, I was given a room with no external windows, probably deliberately so I would ask to charge for which I was charged an extra 25% on the price quoted by booking.com. I was put in a room that was too noisy to sleep in, so asked for the original room back. I was put in another room but confirmed with them that I would be charged the same as the original room. At check out they refused to do this telling me that the hotel charges for changing room! Incredible. The owner is unhelpful and only sees guests as a way to make extra money. Other staff are perfectly nice but young and inexperienced. Unfortunately all decisions are made by the owner who doesn’t want to be helpful and has no idea about standards considered normal in Europe. The location is far from the city and therefore a taxi is needed to get anywhere. It was also virtually empty so had no atmosphere.

Ничего

На меня упал шкаф который был плохо закреплен в стене, После чего я просто захотел выехать из отеля и попросил вернуть мне деньги за следующие дни, Мне предложили переехать в другой номер, но деньги никто не вернул. Я сказал что мне это не интересно собрал вещи и просто уехал. После чего они обвинили меня в порче имущества и попытались списать 600$ с моей карты без предупреждения

Beautiful Property, Recommended

Everything was amazing. Clean hotel, neat, rooms are spacious with amazing sea view. Staff is super nice and helpful. Very good property to relax. Ten minutes away from city center but not an issue at all. Breakfast was decent and satisfying.

Nothing to mention that I didn't like. Everything was amazing

The hotel is nice for small family but price is little high

I like the view from the balcony and kids beds and the security of the hotel , the bathtub is big and it was very nice and satisfying

the customer service need to be improved , the breakfast is good but not as 5 stars hotel and the cost of the stay , the location is good for the view but nothing near by you need to take taxi to go anywhere , the swimming pool water was very cold , also you can’t access to spa without booking.

Generally good facility, but poor management.

Facility was quite new and there was big enough in size of hotel and different kinds of sauna. And also very nice view of sea. The breakfast was served individually.

There was odor in sauna room. We saw some mold of the wall. The staff was not so much friendly.

Exceptional

The hotel is situated on top of a hill, offering a breathtaking view of the city. Rooms are big, and the staff is friendly. Food is exceptionally good (exceeding our expectations), and getting to the city center is only a 15 minute cab ride (cabs are easily available on the Bolt app). Special shout out to Rashid who was super kind and helpful at the reception. The hotel is the definition of value for money. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Very good

The views were fantastic. Our balcony opened to great views the Flame towers and the sea, right in front of the Baku AEye. At night these views were well worth the money

everything. The breakfast delicious, amazing location, very kind people, always willing to help and assist u at every step of ur journey. very clean, spacious & comfortable room. panoramic view to the seaside and old town. wifi is quite fast. one of the best hotel i have ever stayed at

only one person spoke english and without him there were no communication, even for breakfast ordering he had to intervene

Superb

The facility is beautiful with amazing views of flame tower, Baku eye and the corniche. The staff was very helpful. Room was very comfortable.

Gorgeous views and welcoming hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at the fabulous Badam d'Art Boutique Hotel in Baku. Their location a few kms away from the old city, on a slope, means that you have a view of all Baku. The indoor garden at the reception creates quite the impact. The rooms with the view have retro style, big bathrooms. The staff are fantastic. The level of service we got was unexpected and so welcome. Especially Nurlan Ali (being the main person on staff who spoke English) who helped us all the way, starting from interacting with me on booking.com to organising all the drivers, who were all lovely people. Nurlan even sacrificed a lot of his afternoon sleep when the driver needed help understanding what we wanted, as he was on the night shift. And a shoutout to our drivers, Elvin and Ilcin for really going above and beyond to care of us, including on New Year’s Eve and in sweet shops and food courts! The breakfast at the hotel is a selection of fresh veggies, breads, eggs, meat, butter and spreads that we enjoyed everyday. Can’t recommend this place enough!

very little to not like… the mini bar light is on all night and faces the bed. which may bother you if you want complete darkness, can hang something over it or ask them to turn it off entirely.

Worst hotel in baku

The management is very poor. My room was opened without my concern and some drinks were placed on the table when we left out for dinner and came back. Water was blocked in the toilet. Service is very bad. Missguiding the tourists by giving hotel back side view. Entrance is congusted. Hotel team asked to cancel booking .com confirmation to give better price. Not secure for families.

Exceptional first experience in Baku which was largely due to the beautiful Badam d*Art hotel

Newly built hotel with only a few but modern and large rooms. Outstanding homemade breakfast at the pool with nice views over the city and the port of Baku. The view from the balcony is extraordinary. Extremely helpful, english speaking staff.

The hotel is quite a bit located from the city centre. Getting there requires a taxi which is not really a problem as cabs are widely avalable in Baku and can easily be ordered.

Very good enjoyable stay.

The location was nice and calm with a beautiful view over the city and sea. The best part of this hotel was the staff who were very courteous and accommodating despite of language barrier. Special mention for Xivier & Nulan from Reception & Raid from the restaurant. Real assets to the hotel.
