Terrible

Could not get in hotel after 20 pm had to get a Best Western at midnight. Could not get in room. 18

Really enjoyable. Would return again.

Fantastic location, very nice room

The mattresses in our unit certainly needed replacement. Our friends, who stayed upstairs, thought their bed was perfect. Luck of the draw, I guess.

Would not return to it or any other property managed by Coastal Realty Property Managment.

Housekeeping service was nonexistent. Front desk staff is not empowered or knowledgeable to answer questions about bookings and payments. Also could not give rational for why Housekeeping services did not even enter our room.

I had a great time and it was close to several restaurants and amenities.

The two people at the front desk I spoke with were a pleasure. Everyone was so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was very nice and comfortable! We were pleased with our trip! Thanks!

The kitchen not having a sink. The only sink was in the bathroom area. Otherwise the kitchen was nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The location allows easy access to everything in St. Augustine.

The setting was beautiful and the room was what we expected. It was large, clean and comfortable. The room was well equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay.

Unfortunately, there is no staff after 8 PM. When we turned on our tv we could not connect to Roku. We thought that the batteries in the remote control that controlled the Roku were dead but there was no one available to inform. Also, when we checked out in the morning about 9AM, there was no staff around so we could not report the non-working remote control.

Will continue to use this as our St Augustine destination

Come here often, always a pleasure. Pet friendly and the pooch loves to sit in the deck and watch the activity in the marina.

Everything was just fine. The bed was comfortable and the shower gushed!

Exceptional

I would really like to give a horrible review so no one else finds this little gem! A last minute trip to see family during spring break forced me to look outside of the box for accommodations when I happened onto this delightful room. Clean, comfortable and oozing charm, we couldn't have been happier. My new favorite place to stay.

Nice stay, would go back

There was no breakfast but our room (#18) was great but the balcony and cushions needs an upgrade for sure.
