The air conditioner was very loud at night.

Close to the beach. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good

Breakfast was good. Location close to beach but no view from balcony was disappointing. TV stations were limited. We had to request more pillows. Toilets should be replaced with higher seating!

This time only location

This was my fourth and last stay at this hotel. People really make the place, and all the people who were great have left. Staff if not friendly or helpful any more. Over the years I’ve been coming here, this was the first time I was charged for parking. It was also the first time that during a five-night, six-day stay, our room was not cleaned. The only service provided was taking out the trash and replacing towels. At breakfast, for two days there were no whipped cream or chocolate chips available, even though Publix is located right across the street. There were also not enough boiled eggs available after 9 a.m. In addition, during the weekday evening cookie service, my children were told they could only take one. These may seem like small details, but together they make a strong impression and affect the overall experience.
