The cottage is very comfortable, cozy, and roomy. The view from the garden is so peaceful and beautiful (though we would suggest to remove the palm trees for a perfect panorama). Welcome bag of treats very kind and delicious! Easy walk to town, but a little scary for our young daughter coming back after dark due to lack of lighting. Stayed four nights and wish it could have been longer.
The upstairs queen mattress was horrible. Hurt back the whole trip. Please replace! The garage entrance is just too difficult and small for any normal size car, so we had to pay for the car park up the hill. Note for families that one bedroom upstairs has a queen and twin together; ground floor room has queen bed. TV/sofa are upstairs with view of the sea.

Lovely cottage and location. Beautiful inside and out. Great sea views. Good facilities and furniture. TV didn't work, but owner got it fixed quickly. Not cheap, but it's worth a treat.
Only down-side is the tiny parking space, too small to turn most cars and manoeuvre in and out of. We drive a Mazda6 (Mondeo size, i.e. most cars) and we had to pay for parking elsewhere each day/night. Adds an unexpected cost.

A lovely quite place with a great sea view and a short walk from the town. A good range of Pubs, places to eat and shops in Lyme Regisis and great place for walks and to hunt for fossils.
