The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was great and we had a great curry.

We got a very warm welcome and the staff were very good. The hotels decor was very nice and it was spotless.
Shower leaked badly on to the floor. Continental breakfast was adequate.

The bath was lovely
There was a lot of stairs to get to the room and when we asked for a fan to be put in the room they said okay but it was never out in there and you had to order breakfast the night before

The location to Matlock and Matlock bath.
Bar not open on a Monday . We wanted to sit in the bar and relax on our first night. Even other guest were disappointed in this.
