Great family vacation stay! It is obvious they want you to have a good stay.
Check-in: was easy with the key box and the code we got upfront.
Parking: in front of the house.
The apartment: is big, easily suitable for 5 people. The beds were good. Kitchen was equipped properly, everything as described. The smart TV in the kitchen was useful. They had fly nets on the windows which was really important.
The outside: really clean and nice smell in the stairway. There are few things for little kids and teenagers to do like the ping pong table and we met few other families staying there so the other kids played together.
Supplements: There were always extra clean towels in the stairway. Getting extras was communicated easily via Whatsapp.
Bonus: the coffee machine in the kitchen!
The internet had few glitches / slowdowns over our stay, nothing serious as we had cellular anyways. Some of the towels were kinda tired. There is an extra payment for using the washing machine per use which was undisclosed on the Booking.com listing

A very nice house just south of Flachau, very close to the city but at the same time provides a feelling of privacy. Pictures provide a good idea about how it looks. Host is friendly and helpful. There's a nice view from both sides of the house and you can hear the stream nearby.
Backyard is not that useful, there's no real space to 'hang-out' however admittedly this is less irrelevant because when the weather was good we didn't stay at the place anyway

הדירה מושלמת לילדים, שני חדרי שינה וסלון, חצר גדולה מצויידת בנדנדה, טרמפולינה, שולחן פינג פונג.
מרפסת מחדר שינה של ההורים, עם נחל זורם מתחת, נוף להרים. מחדר השינה של הילדים יש נוף לחצר ולהרים. שלושה כיווני אוויר, שאפשר להנות ממנו בזכות הרשתות על כל החלונות.
מקבלים כרטיס פלכאו שנותן הטבות כמו הרשמה לפעילות חץ וקשת ועוד הפתעות.
המארחים מאוד נחמדים ומסבירי פנים.
המיטות מאוד נוחות, מטבח מצוייד להפליא, יש מכונת קפה עם פולי קפה אמיתיים!
Wifi. חזק
יש מגוון משחקי קופסה, חדרון משותף עם דפי ציור וצבעים, בובות ולגו.
זה היה המלון האהוב על הבן שלי מכל החופשות שהיינו בהן מעולם!
