The location is around 20 mins to plitvice entrance 1.The view of the balcony .In front there is a petrol station. Just 2 mins drive a supermarket.

The location was perfect as we had a car and could get to the lakes easily. The rooms were very basic but fine.
The food in the restaurant was not particularly great.
