Great location - rural and quiet, with supermarket about 10 minutes down the road. Welcome pack very informative. Free wi-fi (absolutely needed due to poor phone signal!). Really well set out, and the inside of the property really felt like a proper cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cottage includes access to the courtyard which is a lovely shared space for eating/relaxing.
Shower really needs a shelf to put body wash on.
It's a cottage with high ceilings = lots of string-y spiders which wasnt great for the arachnophobe of our party!
The radiators were making a lot of noises in the night despite being off.
Single bed made a lot of noise when moving.
(But I would add that these are things that can be improved over time, they certainly weren't detrimental to our stay)

Location excellent. Good local pub. River walks beautiful
Weather was beautiful but there was a musty smell in the cupboards and it felt as if it would have been damp if the weather was poor.
