Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of fun stuff to do for the kids. When we found out that the original rooms I'd booked were in different buildings, the staff went out of their way to arrange a spacious family suite at the same price. Lovely view. The pool had an extensive shallow area so even our little ones could play without worry. Plenty of paddle boats on the lake. There were also a number of other activities that can be arranged. A shuttle was available to take groups around the expansive grounds.
The breakfast buffet was lacking in Western food, but had a reasonable selection of Thai food. Given the hotel's price range I would say that it was reasonable. The one redeeming factor was an excellent coffee machine that dispensed coffee, latte, cappuccino, Coco and espresso. The hotel is a bit beyond its glory days, unfortunately, but the staff and lovely surroundings made up for this.

Very quite, breakfast was very good buffet, facilities ok!
It was only open for 1 week now after Covid shutdown
Rooms old style, driveway very bad, to many pot holes!

Location of the place was awesome, the ambiance around the resort was great.
Limited Breakfast choice. Some of the facility in the room are not working as it is old.

Good place for Jogging around the lake , nice view, quiet place
Poor safety, hair dryer is very old and insulation are tear and can easily make electric shock.(it's also can not unplug)
Room is quite dusty
Given up for the boat using.
Dinner preparation takes more than 1 hour.
Air conditioner is old and quite noisy.
