Recommend for family vacation

Very hospitable hosts. Nice apartment with everything for family stay. Great location. Free sand beach right across the street. No slopes, no stairs. Park area along the beach. Bus stops 50 meters in both directions. Regular supermarket 100 meters. A lot of small shops around, including 24 hours.

Clean, friendly, relaxed!

Clean, well cooled (2 aircos), enough space for two, near the beach (80m)

Despite the good maintenance, you do notice it os all quite old and worn. By no means bad!!!

Excellent place for a long stay with the family

Lots of space, enough for long stay. Everything is clean and working properly. A balcony with a nice street and sea view. Friendly and helping staff.

Sometimes it's noisy at night because of street racers

Excellent place and hosts

The apartment was spacious excellent value for money, owners fantastic people and really helpful , in a perfect location next to beach, restaurants and shops..buses €1.50 take you anywhere, 5 minute bus journey to gorgeous marina. Will definitely be going back there again!! Thank you Jane, brother and your dad.

Close to the beach, simple but good

the beach is a 5-minute walk. The property is adequate, and well worth the money.

kitchenware could be better. The restroom smells funny. The street is a bit noisy

Superb

Very nice personel, appartment has all ameneties, it is very close to the Dasoudi beach, just across the road. Bus 30 very close will take you to the center of Limassol, else there is a big parking at the appartment. A bit noisy at night because of the cars but we had no problem sleeping. Shopping center Papas is 5 min by foot. lot of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this area more than center of Limassol if you want to be close to a clean beach with umbrellas, showers, wc, etc. The promenade from Dasoudi to old port of Limassol is also very nice, around 45 min by foot.

The apartment is situated on the Beach road, which can be very busy at times and noisy. I would advise light sleepers to ask for an apartment that doesn’t face the sea.

Great place to stay for family vacation

Clean and tidy appartment with everything you need to stay with your family, especially if you have children. Great location 3 minutes from the beach, 7 minutes by car from Molos and Limassol Castle, lots of cafe's and restaurants nearby, as well as stores and supermarkets. Very friendly staff providing all you need rapidly.

A little bit noisy from the road when traffic is high, but it will be everywhere near the beach.

Spacious but loud at night

The apartment is really spacious, it has everything you need for longer stay. Beach is just few steps away. Even though is not a special one, but good enough to just chill there. The location is good, close to different restaurants and supermarket.

The apartment is next to a big straight street and it was quite loud at night. Some people use it like a race track. You should expect a sudden hight pitch motorbike/car noise in the middle of your sleep. If you are a light sleeper, this place might be not good for you.

The property were very clean location was perfect. Had a problem with the water pressure called the owner and with in 5 minutes the maintenance man was at our apartment and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend it

Great host and location.

Jaine is fantastic lady, and she is going above and beyond what is expected. It's family business, so they really care about their guests.

WiFi speed was not so good. Pressure of the water on 4th floor was not so good.

Great place- very recommanded

I booked one bedroom apartment and received the 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, very clean. There is everything one needs for staying and I really felt like in a home and not in a hotel. It seems that the owner did their best to make sure the guests are comfortable, including ceiling fans for example. The owner is very helping and available.
